One thing is for certain, now is the time to buy!  Prices and interest rates are at historic lows.  And, GREAT NEWS!  The Federal government has just passed an extension of the $8000 First Time Buyer's Tax Credit until April 30, 2010.  In addition, existing homeowners will qualify for a $6500 credit if they have lived in their homes at least 5 years.   For more information, please click on "Home Buyer's Tax Credit" on the left side bar.
