What is ListingBook?

This is a free service I provide my clients. 
Whether you are a buyer or seller, this is a
user-friendly online tool that will allow you to 
access all listings that are in our Multiple Listings 
Service. 
 
Once you register, you will receive a
"welcome email" that will provide you with a 
username and password.  You can then log 
on to the ListingBook website which will enable 
to search 24/7, using any criteria that you choose.  
You can edit your criteria at any time. 
You will even get daily "Morning Report" emails, 
that will alert you to any new listings matching 
your criteria, as well as price and status changes.
You can even send me messages directly from 
the ListingBook website.

For buyers, of course, this is an easy way to 
view all homes that are available.  

And for sellers, it is essential to know what is on 
the market in your area. This will provide you with 
valuable insight in pricing your home for sale.
