It was a real pleasure having Christy as our Realtor. Christy took all the time necessary to explain all the documentation and procedures so that we went into the process with a clear understanding of what to expect. She was very helpful in determining the asking price and in positioning our home in a way that yielded a reasonably quick sale in a difficult housing market.
From the initial consultation, to the close of escrow, Christy devoted time and attention to our home. She was energetic and enthusiastic to the very end of the process. Christy even volunteered to pick up and forward any mail that may have been delivered to our old address after we moved.
